A few days ago, I had the opportunity to do this photoshoot for a girl who contacted me because she wanted some photos for her birthday, but she didn't want the typical photos. She told me she wanted some fashion-style photos with a modern building in the background. She had a very clear idea of what she wanted, and I helped her make it happen!
As usual, I started by taking full-body shots where you could see the entire outfit. For these photos, we were also a bit farther from the building so it would look bigger and establish the location.
Hace unos dias tuve la oportunidad de hacer esta sesion de fotos para una chica que me contactó porque queria unas fotos para su cumpleaños pero ella no queria las tipicas fotos, me dijo que queria unas fotos al estilo moda con un edifico moderno de fondo, ella tenia muy clara la idea de lo que queria y yo la ayudé a hacerla realidad!
Como de costumbre, comencé por hacer las fotos en plano general donde se pudiera ver el outfit completo para estas fotos también estábamos un poco mas lejos del edifico para que se viera mas y establecer la locación.
The girl told me she chose this location because she's studying architecture and she likes the facade of this building since it has a "modern" style and there are very few like it in this city.

La chica me dijo que escogió esta locacion porque ella está estudiando arquitectura y le gusta la fachada de este edificio ya que tiene un estilo "moderno" y hay muy pocos asi en esta ciudad.

After about half an hour of taking photos there, we went to the next location, a club that was very close by. I was surprised when the girl told me she had brought a cake to the photoshoot to take a photo with it:
Luego estar media hora haciendo fotos en ese lugar nos fuimos a la siguiente locacion, un club que estaba muy cerca y me sorprendí cuando la chica me dijo que habia traido una torta a la sesion de fotos para hacerle una foto con la torta:
We explored different areas of this club to create variety. For all these photos, I used my CANON RP camera with a 50mm f/2.8 lens, and since it was starting to get dark, I also used a speedlite flash with a 50cm octabox.
Exploramos diferentes areas de este club para crear variedad, para todas estas fotografias utilicé mi camara CANON RP con un lente 50mm a 2.8/f y como ya estaba empezando a caer la noche tambien utilicé un flash speed lite con un octabox de 50 cm.
In the end, both the girl and I were super happy with the results of this photoshoot. I hope you like them as much as we do!
