I have always been a person who considers myself very imaginative and creative, it is one of the qualities by which I like to define myself. I have many qualities, positive and negative, but creativity and imagination are two that define me.
In fact, to give you an idea, when I was a kid in my family we didn't have much money to buy all the toys I wanted, so many of my toys I made with plasticine. I remember I had a little table where I would spend the whole afternoon making little plasticine dolls that I would play with for hours, imagining that this plasticine doll was Goku, or that this little doll was a power ranger. It was a child's imagination in its purest form.

Siempre he sido una persona que se considera muy imaginativa y creativa, es una de las cualidades por las que me gusta definirme. Tengo muchas cualidades, positivas y negativas, pero la creatividad y la imaginación son dos que me definen.
De hecho, para que se hagan una idea, de pequeño en mi familia no teníamos demasiado dinero para comprar todos los juguetes que quería, así que muchos de mis juguetes los hacía con plastilina. Over time that imagination joined my creativity and I continued to develop the necessary talent to create more and more plasticine figures. Today I have polished my skills to the point where I can create works of art in different moldable materials, not only with plasticine.
I don't consider myself a master or that I already know everything I need to know, because one never stops learning, but I do know that I am not a beginner and as such I like to share what I know. Con el tiempo esa imaginación se juntó con mi creatividad y continué desarrollando el talento necesario para crear más y más figuras de plastilina. Al día de hoy he pulido mucho mis habilidades, al punto en que puedo crear obras de arte en distintos materiales moldeables, no solo con plastilina.
No me considero un maestro o que ya sé todo lo que tengo que saber, porque uno nunca deja de aprender, pero sí sé que no soy un principiante y como tal me gusta compartir lo que sé. How do you get inspiration for your creations or posts?
Well, the truth is that I have always said that inspiration comes by itself when you do something you like, so I always try to make sculptures and crafts of things that I like or call my attention, that's the only way I get them right, despite how difficult the figures can be.

Pues la verdad yo siempre he dicho que la inspiración llega sola cuando haces algo que te gusta, así que siempre trato de hacer esculturas y manualidades de cosas que me gustan o llamen la atención, esa es la única manera en que me queden bien, a pesar de lo difícil que puedan llegar a ser las figuras.

To create and share sculptures in Hive I have been inspired by many things, for example I have two sections called Learn With Gabo and Challenge To Gabo, two sections of my blog that I really appreciate; the first one, Learn With Gabo, is a section where I teach how to make figures in a very specific and detailed way; the second one, Challenge To Gabo, is a section where content creators challenge me to make a figure and I answer that challenge by making that figure and sharing it in a post.

Both in these sections, and in other posts, notice that I make things that I like. I'm a fan of superheroes, anime, cartoons and many sci-fi movies. That's why I take these characters as inspiration, to adapt them to my style and turn them into 3D sculptures and sometimes into 2D charms or keychains.
Below you can see an example of all these pop culture sculptures and crafts I have made.
Para crear y compartir esculturas en Hive me he inspirado en muchas cosas, por ejemplo yo tengo dos secciones llamadas Learn With Gabo y Challenge To Gabo, dos secciones de mi blog que aprecio mucho; la primera, Learn With Gabo, es una sección en donde enseño a hacer figuras de manera muy específica y detallada; la segunda, Challenge To Gabo, es una sección donde los creadores de contenido me retan a hacer una figura y yo contesto ese reto haciendo esa figura y compartiéndola en un post.

Tanto en estas secciones, como en otras publicaciones, fíjense que hago cosas que me gustan. Soy fan de los superhéroes, del ánime, de las caricaturas y muchas películas de ciencia ficción. Por eso tomo como inspiración a estos personajes, para adaptarlos a mi estilo y convertirlos en esculturas 3D y en ocasiones en dijes o llaveros en 2D.

These cards are beautiful and I certainly enjoy making these cards in a 3D version in my own style.
Ahora bien, vamos un poco más a Hive. Aquí hay muchas cosas que pueden servir de inspiración, por ejemplo en splinterlands hay un concurso de arte y otros retos en los que he participado, donde he creado muchas esculturas inspirado en las cartas de su juego. Estas cartas son bellísimas y ciertamente disfruto mucho haciendo estas cartas en una versión 3D a mi estilo.

On the other hand, I have also created many sculptures of a new project called Holozing, with very colorful and familiar characters that are very cute and charming. All of these characters have been an inspiration to me and I certainly enjoy recreating them in sculpture form because I also like them and it's great to see what they would look like if they existed in a three-dimensional plane.
Por otra parte, también he creado muchas esculturas de un nuevo proyecto llamado Holozing, con personajes muy pintorescos y familiares, que son muy tiernos y encantadores. Todos estos personajes me han servido de inspiración y ciertamente disfruto mucho recrearlos en forma de escultura porque también me gustan y es genial ver cómo serían si existieran en un plano de tridimensional.
