    Introduction

Hello. I tried this game a while ago. It’s a rhythm game that involves clicking. In case you didn’t know, it’s one of the few free games where the community participates in creating the game maps. That feature caught my attention.

The other reason I decided to play it is that it works as an exercise to improve the player's click response speed. This way, you can use it to enhance your precision and skills in FPS or MOBA games.

    Let’s Get Started

In this case, I want to share some great songs that have maps in OSU! On this blog channel, we dedicate ourselves to studying and sharing music, as well as video games that have something to offer. Therefore, we are going to share some songs that you can add to your OSU! in case you’re interested in playing it someday.

Believe me, you’ll need them. Most songs at first glance are anime-style, which is not bad. There are very good bands of that genre, like LiSA. A good combination of electric guitars, violins, and pianos. With this list, you’ll have more varied genres than just anime-style music. Let’s go.

Mr. Invisible - Thank You Scientist

    osu! 7_7_2024 8_16_24 p.m.

Electric guitars, wind instruments, and a very progressive bass. With a fairly explosive but still melodic chorus. This song lasts 7 minutes and uses various styles to present this song. You might find it very experimental if you like simpler songs.

For a map of this game, it’s really cool. When I played it for the first time, my mind was blown. I think I downloaded it without listening to it properly. I was just downloading everything that was different from the anime style. Anyway, it’s a very good band.

You can get the map here.

    Idolize - Creo

    osu! 7_7_2024 8_05_54 p.m.

This song is great. An electronic instrumental. You will find many maps with this genre in OSU!. This is one that, upon reviewing, is not bad at all, so I included it in this list.

I’m terrible when it comes to scores. The level system is very high. Since you can also use graphic tablets and keyboard buttons, there are maps that are impossible with just mouse and click. The normal level sometimes feels like "Hard" to me. It also depends on the creator.

The level of perception of "normal" from each creator is reflected. For some, "normal" is "really hard bro."

That I Miss You - Vansire

    osu! 7_7_2024 8_08_39 p.m.

This song was one of the first I found while building my repertoire to play. Very chill, a relaxed rhythm, with a pretty cool bass. Definitely a good option for your OSU! repertoire.

These songs come with various difficulties. In this case, this map comes with only 3: normal, hard, lonesome. I don’t know, these people invent the levels, but I understand that the community represents a level ratio with stars. The more stars a song has, the harder it will be to achieve. I’m not sure yet how it’s decided.

Anyway. You can download this map here.

    Love - DEAN (Feat. Syd)

    osu! 7_7_2024 8_09_10 p.m.

And to make this list varied, a bit of Pop. This song has a really good bass. A lot of style. Keep in mind that sometimes the maps are of a portion of the song. That’s the case with this map, in which the map ends before the song. But I think that where the map ends is just where the song starts to close. So, nothing is lost.

    Summary

It’s a game where the community plays an important role. You will find different illustrations and rhythm map creations that will help you polish your mouse skills while enjoying your favorite songs. There are many maps of bands like System of a Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers, etc. It’s a matter of searching on the official website for the artist’s name and seeing if someone has created a map of one of their songs.

I can’t tell you it will be a game that will captivate you, but if you like music and clicking, you might enjoy playing it. I didn’t know about it and I’ve had good times playing it.

Besides that, it has several modes, but the most functional and popular is the original game mode. You can play it multiplayer with another person or several people at the same time. The one who makes the least mistakes on the same map in real-time wins.

Since I heard it was useful for improving your reaction time with the mouse, I have it on my laptop. And occasionally I play one or two maps. Like an exercise.

In this game, I have one of several usernames I use for gaming. In this case, Jedual.

That’s all for this post. So, stay tuned for more gaming content soon.
