¡Hola queridos amigos! ¿Cómo han estado? Espero de corazón que muy bien, pasando un lindo inicio de mes, por mi parte quiero aprovechar para hablarles un poco sobre mi delirio en postres, el chocolate! Pues al crecer con una mama repostera (@ileart) pude degustar muchísimos dulces y postres, por lo que algunos hoy en día se me hacen algo aburridos, pero cuando mi mamá hacía algo con chocolate, no podía evitar probarlo y confirmar que era algo muy exquisito, tanto así que en TODOS mis cumpleaños mi mamá me hacía una torta de chocolate, con capas de chocolate, cubierto de chocolate y decorado con chocolate, además de regalarme dos copas tipo postre gigantes, una con chocolate blanco y otra con chocolate oscuro, ya se podrán imaginar lo mucho que adoro el chocolate jaja.

Desde que me independice y mude a otra ciudad, he tenido que comprar mi torta de cumpleaños, aun así les exijo a los reposteros que por favor la hagan con mucho chocolate, ninguna torta me había deslumbrado tanto como esta, la que les muestro en estas fotografías, pues fue creada por la chef Iolanda de kumbaya, un restaurante portugués aquí en la Isla de Margarita, ella me contó que cuando vivía en Portugal siendo una adolescente trabajaba como mesera en una tienda de repostería francesa, donde las personas iban todos los días a pedir una torta de chocolate, era el postre más vendido del lugar, la dueña y chef de ese sitio le tenía mucho cariño a Iolanda, al pasar los años la señora francesa cierra su negocio, Iolanda sigue con su vida y luego de unos años se viene a Venezuela y ahora cumple su sueño de tener su propio restaurante, Iolanda al viajar nuevamente a Portugal de vacaciones su vieja amiga y ex jefa francesa la llama para un rencuentro, donde le da por escrito la receta secreta de su torta achocolatada especial, para que Iolanda pueda hacerla en su restaurante también, y adivinen qué?

SÍ! ¡ES ESTA TORTA! La chef Iolanda usó la receta francesa especial por primera vez para mi cumpleaños, así que me siento muy privilegiada y feliz de haber sido la primera en probar una torta tan exquisita, no sabría describirles exactamente los sabores, era una explosión de chocolate, y al mismo tiempo NADA empalagoso, con crema de chocolate como cubierta, trozos de oreo por encima, húmedo, con textura suave, chocolate derretido arriba, trozos de frutos secos y chocolate, algunos otros sabores que no supe identificar, pero que quedaban perfectos uno con el otro, me atrevo a decir que es la torta perfecta, y no solo yo opine de esa forma, mis vecinos y algunos amigos también me dijeron lo mismo, ahora ellos van a degustar postres al restaurante como yo, son todos muy buenos, pero esta torta fue lo mejor de lo mejor!!.
