Hey everyone, today I wanna talk about my visit to a temple.
In my last blog, I shared all the temple's info you can also check out my previous blog 👇

But this time it's about the cool stuff inside. I'm gonna share some pics and stories about the gods.

This temple, called Shri Bhagwan Ardhanarishwar Temple[//]:# (!pinmapple 29.92154 lat 78.14003 long d3scr), is super beautiful, with an ashram too. Inside, i found portraits of different forms of Lord Vishnu, called Avatars. It's amazing to see how Vishnu takes on different forms to protect and guide us.

Now, let's talk a bit about these avatars of Lord Vishnu:

    Matsya Avatar:

Vishnu took the form of a fish to save the world from a great flood.

    Kurma Avatar:

He appeared as a turtle to support the mountain Mandara during the churning of the ocean.

    Varaha Avatar:

Vishnu transformed into a boar to rescue the earth goddess, Bhudevi, from the demon Hiranyaksha.

    Narasimha Avatar:
Lord Vishnu takes the form of a half-man, half-lion to protect his devotee Prahlada and slay the demon king Hiranyakashipu, who could not be killed by man or animal
    Vamana Avatar:

In this avatar, Lord Vishnu appears as a dwarf Brahmin to subdue the demon king Bali and restore balance to the universe by reclaiming the three worlds.
    Parashurama Avatar:

Lord Vishnu incarnates as Parashurama, a sage with an axe, to rid the world of corrupt and arrogant Kshatriya rulers or kings.

    Rama Avatar:

Lord Vishnu takes birth as Prince Rama to defeat the demon king Ravana and establish righteousness and dharma.

    Krishna Avatar:

In this avatar, Lord Vishnu appears as Lord Krishna, the divine cowherd, to guide humanity and impart spiritual wisdom through the Bhagavad Gita.

    Buddha Avatar:
In some traditions, Vishnu is considered to have incarnated as Buddha to teach compassion and non-violence
    Kalki Avatar:

It is believed that Lord Vishnu will appear as Kalki, riding a white horse, at the end of the current age to restore order and righteousness.

All these stories were passed down to me by my grandmotherand and some were written on the potraits, she also shared the wisdom and teachings behind each avatar.
    Thank you ☺️.
