After a challenging week due to the work and pushing for my workouts, I thought today would be good to be in the gym early for a new class to try. Called Alpha conditioning, it was all about being in zones 3 and 4 for some cardio. However, there was plenty of kettlebells in the workout so worked on strength as well.
Midway through I doubted it was a good idea as I struggled to complete reps or sprints. However, I did the best I could and finished the session. I can clearly see how much I have been missing by not shifting my workouts in the past couple of years but I am motivated to keep pushing body and mind as I still have to do this weekend.
