Greetings dear actifitters and happy to meet the new month.
To day have been a wonderful Friday especially marking the first day of the new month.
Activities are in top gear as many actifitters engage in various fitness walk.
My walk today took me from home to Itu road junction and back home.
In the course of my walking, I did record over 7300 steps to keep fit and healthy.
The fitness walk is in continuum, hence I look forward to seeing you tomorrow. Remain fit and healthy.
