After I finished the morning house chores, I decided to make a loaf of homemade bread.
I mixed the ingredients, namely white and wholemeal flour, water, instant yeast, and salt, and let the dough rise.
Then I stretched and shaped it, and put it in a baking tin to let it prove.
This was the end result after baking the bread.
When I finally finished making the bread, I looked outside, and it had stopped raining.
Without delay, I wore my shoes and went out to do more steps.
I can see a pattern developing here, or a (good) habit, if you like, since I really look forward to going out and walking around town using Actifit every day.
It is very good motivation.
