I almost can’t believe myself this week. I managed to do my gym workout from Monday until Friday without a skip, it made me proud of myself 😅.
Tonight, I managed to complete a 15-minute run on a treadmill, 40 counts of squats, 40 counts of 10kg dumbbells and 40 counts of push ups.
My accomplishments for today made me happy and because of that I should be able to have a good rest tonight.
