My participation in the SWC CHALLENGE Nº1.
Hola a todos mis queridos amigos, el post de hoy será sobre un vídeo que grabé en la tarde hoy 7 de junio, venía saliendo de la universidad y aproveche la ocasión para ir al parque las ballenitas para realizar el primer reto de swc de básicos, este reto consistía en realizar 1 muscle up, 15 bar dips, 10 pull ups, 15 segundos en isométrico con el mentón arriba de la barra, tocando la cabeza por debajo de la barra y completamente extendido dando un total de 45 segundos, 15 push ups y 10 dips, dándome un tiempo de 1:29.50 minutos. Es algo cansado realizarlo rápido, pero estuvo relativamente suave el reto, tampoco llegue al punto del cansancio extremo.

It is somewhat tiring to do it quickly, but the challenge was relatively easy, I didn't get to the point of extreme fatigue either.
