Early in the morning, when I arrived at school, I noticed a group of musicians gathered together. I wasn't sure what was going on, but I knew it was part of the opening for Math-Sci Month, and that we were about to have a parade.

We started with the flag ceremony, and then the parade began. Many students joined the parade to embrace Math-Sci Month. The celebration was filled with excitement as we witnessed a fabulous and wonderful event.

As we all know, events like these come with many upcoming activities, and we were all excited and happy especially since there were no classes and the exam was canceled! πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚ Kidding aside, our hearts were filled with joy because we got to experience this type of activity here in college.

As a freshman, I was curious to see how they would celebrate the month. Would it be like high school, or would this be a new experience? It turned out to be unique and impressive.

The participants put in a lot of effort, especially for the look-alike contest, where they imitated famous scientists and mathematicians who have made significant contributions to math and science.

They showcased the famous works of these figures, which are still relevant today. As the participants came out on stage, students couldn't stop cheering for their representatives, showing full support. The court was filled with shouts and cheers, and it felt like my ears were about to explode!

One portrayal that stood out to me was Charles Darwin. The participant showed human evolution, and the audience burst into laughter, especially when he dressed up like a monkey and mimicked animal sounds. It was unexpected, and I couldn't help but laugh as well. It was one of the most entertaining parts of the event.

There was also an intermission where a participant sang with an angelic voice. All of them were incredibly talented and confident. After the intermission, a group of students gave an impressive dance presentation. Their performance was amazing.

But the event didn't stop there. They also held a Math-Sciyaw, where groups of students performed dances, incorporating symbols or elements related to mathematics and science. Every performance was excellent, and you could tell they gave it their best. I admired their confidence and hoped that one day I could be as confident as they were.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the event and realized that it was different from high school. I'm glad I got to experience and witness such a unique celebration.
