Co, jak co, ale reklama pod budynkiem sądu jest trafiona. Zatrudniliśmy wykonawcę wykończenia domu i trochę się boję z tym wszystkim. Wybraliśmy ofertę pośrednią tzn. nie taką pakietową ze wszystkim (teoretycznie) w cenie, która wyszłaby w standardzie ok. 150 tys. złotych. Mamy ofertę na 100 z materiałami po naszej stronie, więc wyjdzie podobnie, ale mam nadzieję, że dopłaty do jakiś rzeczy nas nie zabiją. Poza tym mam dobre mniemanie o tej firmie. Będzie teraz finansowa jazda bez trzymanki, trzymajcie więc kciuki.
Whatever, the ad under the courthouse is spot on. We hired a contractor to finish the house and I'm a little scared about all this. We chose an intermediate offer, i.e. not a package deal with everything (theoretically) at a price that would normally come out to around PLN 150,000. We have an offer for PLN 100 with materials on our side, so it will come out similarly, but I hope that the additional payments for some things won't kill us. Apart from that, I have a good opinion of this company. It will be a financial rollercoaster now, so keep your fingers crossed.
