Delicious carrot, papaya and orange juice. (Esp-Eng)

Hola amigos de esta comunidad, preparé un jugo que me gusta mucho y es muy bueno, nutritivo y delicioso, tiene ingredientes que combinan muy bien, ya que son frutas que son dulces y cítricas, con alto contenido de vitamina C y funcionan bastante bien, además es bastante saludable y podrías agregarle más ingredientes para hacerlo más sano.

Los ingredientes son lechoza, cambur, naranja y zanahoria, con eso el jugo en mi opinion esta bastante bueno, ya que la lechoza y el cambur tienen azucares naturales, pero tambien puedes hacer como yo y agregarle un poco de azucar, ademas repone energia y es muy refrescante ya que son frutas tropicales.

Hello friends of this community, I prepared a juice that I like very much and it is very good, nutritious and delicious, it has ingredients that combine very well, since they are fruits that are sweet and citrus, with high content of vitamin C and work quite well, it is also quite healthy and you could add more ingredients to make it healthier.

The ingredients are lechoza, cambur, orange and carrot, with that the juice in my opinion is quite good, as the lechoza and cambur have natural sugars, but you can also do like me and add a little sugar, also replenishes energy and is very refreshing as they are tropical fruits.

01 rueda de lechoza, 01 zanahoria, 01 cambur, 01 naranja, azúcar al gusto.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar y pelar las frutas, rallar la zanahoria, quitarle las semillas a la lechoza y cortarla junto con el cambur en trozos.

A continuación en la licuadora eché un vaso de agua, añadí la zanahoria y licué hasta que se triturara muy bien. Lueego lo pasé por el colador.

Vertí el jugo de zanahoria en la licuadora, agregué el cambur, la lechoza y el azúcar, licué por unos minutos y agregué el jugo de naranja y seguí licuando por unos segundos más y listo.

I poured the carrot juice in the blender, added the cambur, lechoza and sugar, blended for a few minutes and added the orange juice and continued blending for a few more seconds and it was ready.
