Fall is one of my favourite seasons! Honestly there is something special about every season, but Fall and Summer are my two favs. On this particular day, the hiking plans were Ptarmigan cirque. Located inside Kananaskis country, Alberta. I did release the smartphone picks some months back, but now is the time for the higher quality pics taken with my handy dandy A7R Sony camera. I have been looking forward to this moment for awhile. This is a popular hike, as you can tell by the cars lined up beside the road. The parking lot was actually full already!
