"Reddish Egret"

Good evening Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all tonight is some more shot's of the Reddish Egret that I captured for the first time at a new location and is now one of my favorite birds for sure, I just love the color on this bird, the blueish grey complements the reddish brown so beautifully on this bird. Now what I will do here is put a lot of shot's up on this post to give you all some more because that's what we love right. Now let's get into these shot's, the cover the shot to highlight is what I always look for. The best close up I got, I love how it is a bit dark but the Reddish Egret just pops right out at you. The highlights and most of all the nictitating membrane half way closed is always going to be one of my favorite things on a bird to capture. Let me know if your loving this shot as much as I am because I like it a lot. As for the second shot, another shot that to me is just so clean and has to be another favorite to add here and to me its such a beauty. You like what you see, let's keep it pushing through some more.
The third shot, this should go straight to a print but I have a better one than this but it might end up on another post one day but this one is close to it. This bird looks so focused on something, or is it just his look. As for the print, the other one I just might, the colors are the same and it is worthy in my opinion.
Next shot up, its nice to see this guy starting to stretch out a bit to see more of what the bird looks like. Not my favorite but still a cool shot and edit.
I suppose I have to add this too, right after the top shot, he was looking right at me. At this angle the bird looks funny but it does give you another perspective with the head on at you.
Another one of it stretched upward and I wonder if its thinking of flying or seeing something that it wants to chase or what, I guess I need to figure out what they do and that's why I enjoy watching their movements in a natural environment.
This shot here, not sure if it is mad at me or something else, Haha. Still pretty cool getting its beak opened up to get another perspective in a shot.
As for the last shot here, a bit darker which I love when I edit them and I think it was about to get a fish but it never did. That is another moment I need to get with this Reddish Egret, the action shot with a fish. Hopefully one day I get that opportunity because that is a must when it comes to birds and shot's.
