Familia hivers, deseo que todos estén muy bien, como lo prometido es deuda, acá les cuento mi segundo destino del fin de semana; en dónde fui a visitar el palacio de la cultura Rafael Uribe Uribe, antiguo palacio de la gobernación de Antioquia, en el cual se puede ingresar totalmente gratis y se puede disfrutar del arte, dónde se logra observar ciencia, diferentes galerías de arte, monumentos y ademásde ello la construcción del mismo, el cual lleva varias décadas y aún se conserva como si estuviera recien construido, es algo increíble ver la capacidad de estos arquitectos de estás construcciones, puesto que años atrás los planos los se elaboraban a mano, con tan solo una pluma y el papel poder llevarlo a la realidad, sin ninguna herramienta adicional como vemos hoy en día, tras muchos años de tecnología lo cual facilita las mediciones y la elaboración de planos arquitectónicos.
Me llaman mucho la atención las gargolas que implementanan en las construcciones, pues son utilizadas para desaguar el agua lluvia, también se la da el significado de que estas brindan protección y aunque son una especie de aspecto singular o demoniaco me parece que se ven muy bien. En esta ocasión quise mostrarles estas fotografías que son los planos originales elaborados entre los años 1882 y 1930 aproximadamente por el arquitecto belga Agustín Goovaerts, quién desarrollaba una técnica única para el dibujo y que adicional contaba con dos arquitectos auxiliares.
En esta construcción hay muchos detalles y por supuesto lo que la hace especial, entre estos tenemos la cúpula, los vitrales, el cupulin, las columnas con diseños impresionantes, su escalas y mucho más. El palacio está ubicado en todo el centro de Medellín, al lado del museo y la plaza de Botero y aunque soy de acá les confieso que es la primer vez que entraba y me doy cuenta de la grandeza y la historia que tiene este lugar.
Es realmente gratificante saber que mi cuidad cuenta con este patrimonio nacional y que brinda el acceso al público para que lo conozcan y se lleven lo mejor de la cuidad. Más adelante les compartiré parte de la galería, aunque "esa" es otra historia.

I am very struck by the gargoyles that are implemented in the buildings, as they are used to drain rainwater, it is also given the meaning that these provide protection and although they are a kind of singular or demonic aspect I think they look very good.
