I am doing a bowel detox so you don't have to | Day 2

    Day 2 has started! Day 1 wasn't really the worst if I am honest. I wasn't that hungry at all, and although the shakes are not the best ones to drink. I felt really doable. I learned some from the first day as in what was reasonable in the time in between the shakes, and also how much they would fill me up. Day 1 was also still running on energy from the day before where I still had a lot of 'normal' food so the reserves were still quite good.

    Lessons I would say, and there we went continuing with the liquid powder that is suppose to help getting the immune system back to normal!



    Day 2

    I woke up with a head ache and a tremendous amount of thirst. Especially the thirsty part was kind of weird because it felt like I had drank a lot of water and tea on the side as it was recommended. The headache part I had already calculated a bit in there from reading the experiences from other people in the reviews. Headaches are coming from the detox aspect that the body is looking for norma stuff, but it isn't there. At the same time it is working to loosen all of the 'biofilm' (that is the endgame to all of this, the biofilm is the inner layer that sticks to the bowel, which is also a breeding spot for bad bacteria) so the body is working hard.

    I had learned from the previous day that I do not mind adding additional water to all of the shakes to get some more fluids inside of there, and screw that...I took some paracetamol for the headache. No one needs to feel like crap right? And I also believe if the whole elderly homes run on paracetamol on a daily basis, it kind do that much harm right?

    What I also did was take a sip of coffee so the body would not also have to go through caffeine withdrawl as well. I mean a sip versus 4 in a day....that sounds reasonable right?




    Tired

    But man I was tired, literally dog tired. I really felt like the body was working on something (feeling it in the tummy) but also just having lack of energy. I took some naps during the day, because why not. It is weekend and why not give the body some extra rest (besides that I love napping!).

    I also went for some extra long walks with the dog. The weather was beautiful here and it was really nice to be outside. Also just spending time outdoors makes the time pass faster because I wasn't feeling all that jolly during the day. The downside on the outdoor walking? The weather was so nice it smelled like barbeque everywhere. It smelled delicious but honestly, I wasn't even feeling that hungry.

    In the evening all of a sudden the energy came back after the evening shake. I had good vibes and went on more outdoor ventures. So how miserable the morning started, how feeling good the evening ended ended.

    Ow and the bowels? Yeah, it was starting to produce, which also helps in the feeling of satisfaction.








    What the hell am I doing again and why?

    I am doing a cleansing treatment of the bowel by drinking these kinds of shakes. It should work as a detox that it cleans out the inside of the bowel and by that gives room to create a better immune system.

    I am experimenting with this because someone I know didn't have allergies anymore after this treatment, so that is also why am trying. Nothing wrong with working on the the balance in the body right?
