I've just discovered a bit of this new "DePin" (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networking) trend right now. Grass is also within AI sector so we have 2 in 1 as well as might have even more trends in the future. Anyway.
Basically what I understand is that Grass is using your unused internet bandwidth and selling to AI companies, who use it to scrape the internet and train their models. They need that bandwidth so AI can grow faster, become SkyNet one day and kill us all :)))
You get points for that and later you will be able to exchange this for some tokens or something like that. My laptop is on almost 24 hrs anyway so this can work in the background. I don't mind to be a $GRASS millionaire ;DD
