Greetings to this great community, I'm glad to be here again. How are you guys doing today hope you people are doing great. I greet you all once again.
Today I just made a recipe for myself to eat for lunch. I came back from work and was very tired and hungry so I decide to go to the kitchen and make something for myself.
INGREDIENTS
3 pieces of potatoes
1/2 red oil
Salt for taste
Cent leaf
Dry pepper powder
Water
Small size of onion
PROCEDURE
Why I like this recipe is that it is so quick and simple to prepare when ever you are hungry or you have a visitor you can hurry and prepare this recipe for the people as well. And it is also medicinal because of the cent leaf in it.
I first of all peel my potatoes and wash with a clean water inside my bowl
After that I put them into my clean pot and add water to cook for like 15 minutes
When my potatoes is still on fire I start to prepare my ingredients
I first put my cent leaf into a bowl add salt into it to wash with a clean water
After washing I cut it into my blender to blend it and set aside
After that I also blend my onion and set aside
Now I pour my red oil in a plate
Then add my chopped onions into it
Then add my cent leaf also
After that I add my salt for taste
Then my dry pepper powder also and mixed all of them together
Here is the outcome of my cent leaf red oil stew
