First I want to tell you that I live near the beach, most of the people work as fishermen. In the afternoon, there are usually many fishermen pulling beach nets to catch fish. Fish caught with beach nets are tastier and fresher. So in my opinion it is better to buy directly from the fishermen, besides being fresh, the price is also very cheap compared to the fish market hehe. Incidentally yesterday afternoon when I went to the fishermen's place, the net results were all anchovies, so I bought some. I will make stir-fried sauce using anchovies. Stir-fried sauce is one type of fish sauce typical of the Aceh region. Stir-fried sauce or some people call it teucrah sauce, is called stir-fried sauce because this dish is first stir-fried with spices and then water is added. In Aceh itself there are various types of delicious and appetizing sauces, one of which is stir-fried sauce which is never absent from every event in Aceh. This stir-fried sauce can use shrimp, squid, oysters, tuna, and various other types of fish, but this time I used anchovies.

Here are the ingredients and how to make it:

    Ingredients

In my opinion, it tastes very good and delicious. This dish can increase appetite because of its spicy, slightly sour and sweet taste from the fish. And it is also very delicious eaten with warm rice. The stir-fry sauce that I made is not too spicy because the children cannot eat spicy food yet, so for those of you who like spicy food, you can add cayenne pepper to taste.Okay, that's all from me.Hope you guys like my post!

    Thank you!
