Hello everyone, I know you are doing well.Today I've brought with me a tutorial on how to make hair braid with a pencil.
There is a right way and a wrong way. I mentioned the wrong way first so that I could tell you not to make it this way. Actually, another reason behind making it in both ways is that I had to make a tutorial video for YouTube's Short Videos so that I could post it on YouTube as well as on Ecency, and I had made it a long time ago but I forgot to post it on Ecency 😬.
The wrong method is easy to make and doesn't take much effort or time to make. But it will make your sketch look completely rough.
In this one, you just have to make a light sketch and do random shading only in the top.
But if you want to make something good, it will take time, right? It's better to take more time to make something good than to make something bad in less time.
Let's do it step by step. First, we will make a zigzag line.
Now we will connect these lines.
Now we will connect the lines from the other side as well and you can see that a slight sketch of the braid is visible.
Now it's time for shading.
We will do dark shading on the sides with a pencil and then merge it with the help of Merger.
We will again use a pencil to do dark shading on its edges and leave the middle part untouched so that it looks more realistic.
And with the help of this pencil we will create thin, fine hairs.
