Strategy in Growing One's Account

Extracting or adding value to a community or tribe? I've been noticing this issue here on the Hive network for a while now. The view of some is a bit negative if your approach is extractive.

This is called extractive if your focus is short-term. Little profit, withdraw immediately. Add to this if your engagement is minimal and you don't even post content or give feedback.

On the other hand, your strategy is value-adding if you have a long-term commitment until a crypto project becomes successful. This is done by writing content. Token staking is also a clear sign that a user has a long-term mindset. In addition to this, as many here at Hive say, engagement is king. If you can add liquidity, that's even better.

So I think we don't want to be branded that our approach here at Hive is extractive. How about if you are thinking of a way to further accelerate the growth of your account and your voting power by choosing a community where you have a voice because of the size of your stakes as well as a platform that has strong community support?

Although I have been here at Hive for more than two years, until now I am still experimenting with what is the most productive strategy to achieve the goal I mentioned.

This is my current thinking. I am very happy to have found the Tagalog Trail community here at Hive six days ago. I didn't think it was possible to blog in Tagalog. It's easier for me. It is not easy for me to express what I want to say in the English language. Language seems to limit the flow of my thoughts. Unlike Tagalog which is our mother tongue, it is easier to write what you have in mind.

In fact, I have been looking for this kind of community for a long time especially when I see some Hivians who write in their own languages like Spanish, Nihongo, and others.

Although I am glad to be able to blog in Tagalog, I also want to facilitate the growth of my account and my voting power so that I can also support the content of others. Perhaps, many here at Hive think the same. By the way, one of the challenges of a small community like Tagalog Trail is how to motivate the community members to write using this community. We can't take the role of incentives for granted in writing motivation. I thought, would it be okay if I post an article in a tribe where I have more of a voice and just use the tags of other communities for cross-posting? I am referring to the Cent tribe. In this tribe, my stakes are bigger due to the delegation of two accounts that reach 80,000 $CENT plus. My own stakes are close to being 20,000 CENT Power. My goal is to reach 100,000 plus CENT Power. I think this strategy will accelerate the growth of my Hive account.

What do you think boss @tpkidkai? Am I thinking right?

    Thanks for your time!

Extracting or adding value sa isang community or tribe?
