Reasons to believe in God (Part 2 of 2) | The Old Path | MCGI
Bible reading: Romans 1:19-20
Romans 1:19 - Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 - For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse
When we look around and see all the things that we are surrounded by, the vegetation and how they contribute to the are we breathe in, the sky up above and the things that dwell over there such as the sun, the moon, the stars, and even the birds that fly over there, what comes to our minds how they came to be?
For everything that was created, their was someone responsible for it coming to existence. Nothing that exists came to being without someone bringing that thing to reality. Looking at the earth and the things in it and how it functions, we know that it is beyond human capability. We have our strengths and abilities, but the making of the earth surpasses them.
There is only one being that can be responsible for all these; the existence of the earth, the existence of you and I, likes every other thing that is found in the face of the earth, and that being is no other than God. The bible reading tells us that He used the things that are made by Him to so that we are left with reasons to believe in Him.
No one is left with any excuse not to believe in God because He has given us clear evidences why we should. Anyone still doubting or refuses to believe in God is doing so not because He hasn't seen proofs, but simply because he is ignorant.
Whether one chooses to believe in God or not, it doesn't change the fact that He exists. But for the good of everyone, it is best that you believe in Him.
