Birthday Cake: Lemon Vanilla Plant Based Cake To Celebrate 🍋🍰🎉🎈

    Greetings Hiveans. Wishing you all good health and happiness at all times. Am so thrilled to join in the celebration of @plantpowervegan 3rd year anniversary here on hive.

    A beautiful warm community with so much love for all hiveans. And as we celebrate your 3rd year here on hive, am wishing you lots of blessings, fulfillment and great success. May this community continue to grow in love, support for each other and prosper in wealth.

    Its a thing of joy to see this community growing day by day.And cakes are always one thing that makes celebration complete especially birthdays 🎂 and anniversary 🎉because cakes are sweet delicious preparation that signifies celebration is something sweet, therefore this loving community has initiated a birthday cake to celebrate this awesome community @plantpowervegan

    .For my cake to celebrate @plantpowervegan 3rd year anniversary, I have opted for a lovely Lemon 🍋 and Vanilla plant based cake, with dash of cinnamon for flavor and spice. And in this lovely cake, my favorite plant based Vita Banana milk is not left out for that creamy texture of a fluffy finishing. Really a cake worthy to celebrate my lovely community @plantpowervegan as the final result looks exquisite 🎂.

    Here are the procedures for the preparation of this Lemon 🍋 Vanilla plant based cake.

    INGREDIENTS


    280 g of all purpose cake flour
    1 large fresh lemon
    2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    150 g of margarine
    120 g of granules sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
    1 tablespoon of baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
    30 ml of vegetable oil
    200 ml of plant based soy banana milk.

    TOPPINGS INGREDIENTS:

    11/2 tablespoons of margarine
    100 g of premium sugar
    Drops of lemon squeeze
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    Sprinkles

    STEPS FOR PREPARATION:Step

    Step 1.


    To bake this cake I will start by zesting the lemon 🍋.

    As above.

    Step 2.



    I will cut open the lemon to squeeze out the juice. As above .

    Step 3.



    Next will take the flour for sieving to allow air into the flour to mix easily.

    Step 4.

    Will then add the baking powder, salt and cinnamon into the flour and stir to incorporate.

    Then keep aside.

    Step 5.

    To prepare the fluffy sugar margarine 🧈, I will add the sugar into a bowl 🥣, add the lemon 🍋 zest. Will mix properly for about one minute.

    As here above.

    Step 6.

    To add margarine, I will heat i it up mildly add it into the sugar zest mix. And thoroughly incorporate. As above.

    Step 7.

    I will add the veg oil and lemon juice and incorporate.

    As above.

    Step 8.




    Next I will add the vanilla and pinch of turmeric, incorporate.

    Before adding the vita banana milk.

    Step 9.




    And will add the mixture into the flour to gradually incorporate into batter.


    Adding more milk for finely smooth mix

    Step 10.


    Will take the batter into the glazed pan for baking.
    Will bake for 40 -50 minutes for fluffy finishing.

    Step 11.



    To prepare the toppings for the cake, I will add some margarine, sugar lemon squeeze and vanilla. Incorporate all into a fluffy cream.

    Step 12.





    Will decorate the cake using the creamy mix,
    adding some lemon slices and drops of sprinkles.
