Las manualidades son más que un pasatiempo para mí, es una conexión con la creatividad y la exploración con las cosas que me gustan, con un poco de experimentación, tengo un interés por pintar desde que tengo memoria y encontrarme con poder pintar figuras y miniaturas me hace feliz siempre, hoy quiero compartí uno de los últimos trabajos que pinté y se trata de este fantasma.

It always makes you happy, today I want to share one of the last works I painted and it is about this ghost.
Es impresión 3d y uno de mis pasos siempre es fijar la base con una capa de pintura blanca, esto hace que los colores que se apliquen después se vean mejor, y también ayuda a que el color no tenga que ser tan intenso para cubrir el material, por eso siempre empiezo con blanco y lo dejo secar un buen rato, como pinto por zonas mi truco es empezar por encima así cuando lo de abajo esta casi seco ya puedo ir mezclando la pintura de arriba.
Para este fantasma tome una paleta de 4 colores nada más, un gris para el cuerpo, violeta para el sombrerito, una pizca de rojo y blanco para marcar su ruborizado y un gris más oscuro para los ojos.
It is 3D printing and one of my steps is always to fix the base with a layer of white paint, this makes the colors that are applied later look better, and also helps the color not have to be so intense to cover the material , that's why I always start with white and let it dry for a while, since I paint in areas my trick is to start on top so when the bottom is almost dry I can start mixing the paint on top. For this ghost I took a palette of just 4 colors, a gray for the body, violet for the hat, a pinch of red and white to mark its blush and a darker gray for the eyes.
Con toda la capa de blanco lista se empieza por el cuerpo, ya que también hay que pintar la parte de abajo es necesario que se seque bien para poder seguir, así que el sombrero va a quedar para el final.
With the entire white layer ready, start with the body, since you also have to paint the bottom part, it needs to dry well to continue, so the hat will be left for last.
Los detalles de la cara se los di antes de pintar el sombrero por que entre el sombrero y los ojos y las cejas hay casi nada de espacio, así que necesitaba definir eso antes de pintar el sombrero en la parte interior, y también le di los toques de la boca y las mejillas en rosita, me gusta mucho la expresión de su carita, como sorprendido.
I gave the details of the face before painting the hat because between the hat and the eyes and eyebrows there is almost no space, so I needed to define that before painting the hat on the inside, and I also gave the touches of the pink mouth and cheeks, I really like the expression on his face, as if surprised.

El gorro es de las cosas que se pintan casi al final, así que hice eso una vez seco lo anterior, pero antes de continuar dejé secar una hora, por suerte sigue caluroso y la pintura se seca rápido, en realidad funciona si la base de blanco se deja secar bien, si bien no es difícil de pintar lleva tiempo por las capas que se necesitan secar.
The hat is one of the things that is painted almost at the end, so I did that once the above was dry, but before continuing I let it dry for an hour, luckily it is still hot and the paint dries quickly, it actually works if the base is White allows it to dry well, although it is not difficult to paint, it takes time due to the layers that need to dry.
Pinté el gorro con violeta que tenía sobrante de haber pintado hace mucho el Eva jajaja todavía conservo algo de ese sobrante de pintura, aunque lo modifique un poco con sobrante del gris del cuerpo.
I painted the hat with purple that I had left over from having painted the Eva a long time ago hahaha I still have some of that leftover paint, although I modified it a little with leftover gray from the body.
Para finalizar esta figura le di un toque de laca brillante para proteger la pintura y deje secar, este paso siempre lleva más tiempo, porque hay que dejarlo secar mucho, yo lo dejo un día cerca de una corriente de aire para que se seque muy bien.
To finish this figure I gave it a touch of gloss lacquer to protect the paint and let it dry, this step always takes longer, because you have to let it dry a lot, I leave it for a day near a draft so that it dries very well .
Este fantasma está listo para ocupar su nuevo lugar y salir de la caja de trabajo atrasado jajaja tengo muchísimo que espera ser pintado, algunos están ahí hace más tiempo porque siempre hago lo más fácil, pero creo que es hora de volver a tomar un buen reto y pintar algo difícil, pero eso será en otra ocasión.
