Today I share with you my progress in the world of Dragon Dogma Dark Arisen, where this time, I have reached the fortress where the real difficulty of the game is unleashed, so I'm about to face the great dragon, but before that I have to do a number of things to move forward and see what will happen after killing the great dragon.
In the previous chapter, I was escorting an NPC to the warrior's fall, a cemetery located near Cassardis where you start the game for the first time, the view of that place was amazing and peaceful, so my character stayed a while in that place admiring the scenery.
Then, it was time to do the main missions, in one of them the king's royal advisor told me that the king has an audience with my character, so I chased him to his office, where he was waiting for me to give me a reward for my heroic deeds.
After speaking with the king and receiving my reward, a messenger arrives with very catastrophic news, it turns out that the cultists of darkness are trying to break the barrier that separates very powerful creatures with the kingdom, so my goal is to go and stop it.
While advancing towards my destination, which was very long, I found some Sulphur Saurians, these creatures are lizards, where physical attacks do not do much damage unless you cut its tail.
Then I had the opportunity to capture a moment where my sorceress had launched an ability that protected her from enemies, these are spheres that travel around her, it looked great those effects so I captured it to share it.
Continue advancing along a single path until you find some bandits fighting against a group of ice wolves, these were much more resistant than the common ones and attack in packs, which are a problem if there are more than 15 of them, it took a little time trying to defeat them, as it prevented them from howling to attract the other wolves, so it was not a problem to defeat them all and the bandits as well.
Then I was facing a Cyclops that was in the area and I saw how my sorceress conjured a powerful whirlwind that mashed it in just a matter of seconds, this is the ultimate ability of the sorcerers apart from the meteor shower, but I haven't had the chance to capture them because they are very fast and finding a perfect angle even more so.
In fact, the whirlwind was so strong that I couldn't fit the screen to be able to visualize this ability from a better angle, so it was much more complicated than I thought to find a good angle to be able to share this ability with you.
After the confrontation against that Cyclops, I continued my way and found a good angle where I could show my mystic knight, who looked great using his huge shield with the new armor I had bought him, at that moment I had stopped using the masses for a sword that hit very hard, but the difference was that this one was not enchanted with fire.
Further on I had reached the bandit fortress, which is a group of only women, but as I had come here before, I only needed to capture the same place by day, as it was previously night when I had come to this place for a mission.
The more I advanced, the more amazing landscapes I found on my way, I was almost near the fortress, and I noticed that when I went up a hill, there were a lot of rocks that were waiting to hit me because of how steep it looked, if I went down the slope those rocks could hit me, so I went down a hill and avoided that trap.
Finally, I had arrived at the fortress of the end, it was much smaller compared to other fortresses in the kingdom, but this is where the real difficulty of the game begins, as this is the barrier that stops the strongest creatures in the game, so I must go very carefully from this part of the game.
Upon entering everything was in chaos, as the guards here were fighting against the Cultists that had infiltrated this place, but as soon as they saw me arrive, they fled like hell.
