Rain, Rain, Go Away!😅
“What are you boys fishing for?”😊
“Silvertop, I don’t think these boys are going to hook any Salmon today, but they do look like they are having fun Lol!”🥰
The Mrs checked the river this morning, it was on the rise again…………🙄
I needed to boot up my laptop for a few minutes, and afterwards I told Liz I would go shopping with her!😊
We passed through the town of Lynden, and the colors of the leaves at the Lynden city park looked beautiful!
“ Liz, let’s check out the hiking trails, the creek looks like it’s way up!”😊
So we make a detour and explored…………………
That’s when I spotted two young boys casting their fishing line into the fast moving water of this small creek.
“ I have something, one boy exclaimed!”😮
“ Nope…… just a stick!”🤔
Hmmm………..😇
Normally this creek is less than a foot deep. It flows through cow pastures, and then backyards, in this little town.
Salmon……….. not so much, lots of good healthy fun, absolutely!🤗
