Mis mañanas de mis últimos 5 meses se ha convertido en diversión. A finales de del años pasado me inscribi en un gimnasio que se encontraba en lugar muy favorable para mi ubicación pero nada modernizado y muy deteriorado para mi gusto pero su ubicación me convenció así que decidí iniciar en el.
Con el pasar de los días, note que habian ejercicios que no se me daban muy bien, cómo entrenar tren superior, así que decidí pagarle a una entrenadora, pensé en un momento solo entrenar un mes en ese gimnasio aprender una rutina de mi entrenadora e irme a un mejor gimnasio.
El tiempo pasó y me encariñe con mi grupo de entrenamiento, con mi entrenadora, con los momentos compartidos, hasta las charlas en lobby luego de entrenar y para este punto ya no quiero cambiarme de gimnasio.
My mornings for my last 5 months have become fun. At the end of last year I joined a gym that was in a very favorable place for my location but not at all modernized and very deteriorated for my taste, but its location convinced me so I decided to start there.
As the days went by, I noticed that there were exercises that I wasn't very good at, how to train my upper body, so I decided to pay a trainer, I thought at one point I would just train for a month in that gym, learn a routine from my trainer and go to a better gym.
Time passed and I grew fond of my training group, with my trainer, with the shared moments, even the talks in the lobby after training and at this point I no longer want to change gyms.
