Walking out from twilight
His heavy thudding steps
In the silence of the night
Was his screeching creaky sound
He was veiled in darkness
I saw him clearly
As the Moon peeked my window
In the hours clearly forbidden
From a dusty pathway
That leads to the burning hell
I hear the echoing voice
Of a flapping bird of prey
Between dusk and dawn
He stands in that lonesome way
Looking through my window
Invading my dreams
For he has become the shadow
........I dread the most
Defeated!
Dejected!
Then one night he spoke
With tears running down his cheeks
"Tell her, she broke this heart!, and now
I lie in ruins, never ever to again behold
His remains still lay
On the bare cold ground
The icy coldness
A pillow of un-rest
