There is a lot of controversy about food especially in our country.Bengalis eat the most rice due to which they become obese. However some people avoid excess food and some people eat excess food. However I think it is not good to be overweight and should always keep their weight under control.Anyway I am in favor of eating according to routine.

In my opinion, it is better to avoid overeating because it can also lead to various diseases.Excess food can cause various problems in your stomach. There is no substitute for food to stay healthy and make the body strong.Of course, food helps in building a strong body, but the food must be healthy and natural. You will stay healthy if you avoid excess food.

However, we have to be most careful with winter food.We have to be very careful with food during winter because during this time, people in our region are more likely to have stomach problems.During winter, people in our region, especially in our family suffer from a lot of gastric problems. If I eat too much during this time I get severe stomach problems. In fact, there are some foods to avoid in winter.

For example, I avoid eating lentils in winter because eating these lentils in winter increases my gastric pain.It is better to avoid junk food during this time.It is better to avoid beef during this time and fish can be eaten.During this time, we avoid excessively oily and spicy foods.

In winter, we put the most vegetables on our plates.Of course, you should eat more vegetables during this time because vegetables will keep your stomach clean and will get rid of constipation and gastric.Remember that eating the wrong foods in winter will cause you to have a lot of gastritis and constipation. So I place more importance on eating vegetables in winter.

At this time, various types of green leaves, papaya, beans, and spinach are among the vegetables.Papaya is a very beneficial vegetable or fruit for those who have severe gastric problems.Overall, I place more importance on eating vegetables during the winter. If you want, you can also plant some vegetables in your backyard to eat and they are very fresh.

You can plant papaya tree seedlings in front or behind your house.Papaya trees grow very quickly and you will be able to harvest papaya from the tree very soon.In the first pictures, see the papaya tree and some vegetable plants in my house. This afternoon, after observing the vegetable plants I cleaned up the trash from the surrounding nature. The pictures below show scenes of nature clearing garbage on the afternoon of January 14th.

I thanks to @cleanplanet for creating this great initiative because today I am inspired to save the environment nature.Thank you so much for visiting my Clean Planet blog.Have a wonderful day.
