Despite the fact that the film presents a select cast of talented young people, sufficiently committed to their characters, as could be some outstanding examples such as the leading actress Joey King, Keith Powers, Chase Stokes, among others. It does not go beyond its purpose, that of entertaining, with a story as I said before, a futuristic one. Where a society that has reached the peak of the bearable, catastrophically speaking, takes the measure of separating people into two parts. Social classes that separate the so-called ugly, who are nothing more than children in their adolescent stage waiting for a groundbreaking surgery, which definitely turns them into what the film believes is what we all want, to be perfect.

I like the storyline but I'm in no way satisfied with the story the lead character gave as his reason for staying away from his family for that long. It's one of those 1% percent chance of happenings in the world and it didn't even change the fact that he is still a failure in business, not so good really.

I don't remember having seen a Mexican horror film before, so if this was my first experience I can tell you it was a very good one. It's a film that managed to make my skin crawl and give me scares every now and then, but it also moved me towards the end. In spite of being a horror film and achieving its goal of scaring me, it has that dramatic and deep tone that made it stand out. I didn't feel it was empty of plot, that just a paranormal event happened and that's it, but there was a background, a message to give, to face past fears and traumas in order to heal and move on.

As I mentioned earlier that I was very excited about this movie because it has my favorite actor in it. And the fact is, I never watch horror movies. Luckily, this horror has no jumpscare and it is a horror comedy so I am safe. Talking about the second story of this sequel Stree, it is unpredictable. I like present-day stories that are connected to history, and Stree does it again in this sequel. I can't judge much about the actors, because all the actors have fair characters. Their portions in the movie are equally large and equally important.

The soundtrack is an element that continues to give the different scenes a very pleasant essence, I had already mentioned about it in the prequel and it is a success that it is maintained in this installment.

The subplots or personal stories of each friend is crazy, all with emotional problems, addictions or abuse that gradually come to light and become known even to themselves, that’s why I say they were friends who kept secrets from each other. We find a story of adolescent love between friends that could have prospered if mistrust had not prevailed, if immaturity had allowed them to tell the truth and ask the right questions. Just as we find a loyalty oath that in the end we do not know why it was made or to hide what, which gives us the idea that these women conspired to kill their friend.

The effects and the city they used to recreate each of the parts of this installment are of great quality, as they played very well with every detail to make it look like a real situation, where the human being is totally affected. As it also comes into play that instinct of people, is to go out to find out what happens, how these creatures came to earth and that is why it is a film of great suspense and terror. Despite the other productions, the plot is a bit repetitive and until we know how to destroy the monsters or everyone escapes from the city, there will always be death.

I love how the characters can feel so relatable, especially Janet, with her passion for creativity and ambitions. In many Asian communities, pursuing a creative career often lacks prestige. However, Kim's Convenience Store tries to show that there is nothing wrong with pursuing photography or the like. That message is sent through the characterization of Mr. Kim, who showed unwavering support for Janet.
Congratulations to everyone that was chosen, and thank you to everyone posting in Movies and TV Shows! We look forward to the next report and highlighting even more of you.
