Greetings, adventurous people of Weekend Experiences! This is the first time I'm posting in this community and I'm very happy to share with you the experiences of last weekend, when I decided to take a day to enjoy and relax on a stroll to the mall.
After a hectic week at work and everyday life is necessary a time of detraction, to be able to clear the mind and do something a little different from the routine. Near where I live there is a shopping mall that is very fashionable lately, however I wanted to go to the other side of the city, to one that I had not visited for a long time and that I used to frequent a lot, it is Las Americas Mall in the north of my city, Maracay. Currently this is a fairly quiet place, and that was precisely what I was looking for.
First of all I wanted to visit a department store that specializes in household items and that had been opened not so long ago. There are a lot of things there, you want to buy everything, and there are really beautiful kitchen items. I bought some dishes and cups that I needed and that I liked as soon as I saw them.
It was time for lunch and I went to a sandwich restaurant called Baruch 1948 that has become quite popular. There, I ordered an Italian subway, with pepperoni, salami, ham, cheese and vegetables, accompanied by a tuna salad that was delicious. This food is not only very tasty but also healthy.
After a lunch that allowed me to recover my strength, I went to the cinema, which was not very frequented at the time. There I was able to see the movie Aquaman that I had pending to see, I must say that I expected something better from its plot.
I think that every time we can we should dedicate some time to ourselves, not everything is routine, work and chores, we all deserve time for recreation either on our own or in the company of loved ones. I hope to repeat an outing like this one soon.
