Éste mes ha estado un poco frío, y la mayoría de mis ropas de invierno las dejé en Perú, porque no las creí necesarias, ya que el clima de mi ciudad es caluroso, por tal motivo, decidí irme al Castillo Centro Textil y comprar tela de mono para realizar una Sudadera tipo Canguro con Capucha en tono rojo, para poder confeccionarla, pedí prestada una sudadera talla M, saqué el patrón de una manga y la capucha, para guiarme y sacar todas mis piezas. Aquí te.muestro cómo la hice.

This month has been a little cold, and most of my winter clothes I left them in Peru, because I did not think they were necessary, since the weather in my city is hot, for this reason, I decided to go to Castillo Textile Center and buy monkey fabric to make a Kangaroo Hoodie in red tone, to make it, I borrowed a sweatshirt size M, I took the pattern of a sleeve and the hood, to guide me and take all my pieces. Here I show you how I made it.
- 1.50 metros de tela de mono roja.
- Sudadera para sacar el patrón.
- Trenza roja.
- Cinta métrica.
- Tijeras.
- Máquina de coser.
- 1.50 meters of red monkey fabric.

Comencé la confección de ésta Sudadera colocando la sudadera guía sobre la tela doblada en dos. Con esta sudadera sólida que las parte delanteras y traseras del cuerpo.
I started the making of this sweatshirt by placing the guide sweatshirt on the fabric folded in two. With this solid sweatshirt I made the front and back of the body.
La capucha y las mangas, las saqué con patrones que hice con anterioridad, para ser más exacto y darle un mejor acabado a la sudadera.
The hood and sleeves, I made them with patterns I made previously, to be more accurate and give a better finish to the sweatshirt.
Después que tenía todas las partes, coloqué la pieza delantera sobre la pieza trasera, con los derechos enfrentados y pasé costura en los hombros.
After I had all the parts, I placed the front piece on top of the back piece, right sides facing, and sewed the shoulders.
Luego procedí a coser las mangas por el recorrido de la sisa.
I then proceeded to sew the sleeves along the armhole.
Una vez, pegada las mangas, procedí a pasar costura recta por los laterales para cerrar la Sudadera.
Once the sleeves were attached, I proceeded to sew straight seams along the sides to close the sweatshirt.
Después saqué dos piezas de tela de 25 cm de largo y 20cm de alto para hacer los puños, además de una tira larga de 1.10 metros para la pretina del contorno de cintura, cada una de las piezas las uní por sus extremos y las doblé por la mitad. Los puños son dos cm más pequeños qué el ruedo de las mangas y la pretina 4 cm más pequeña que el contorno de cintura.
Luego hice el bolsillo de Canguro, un poco más ancho y alto que el de la sudadera del molde, lo hilvané en el medio de la parte del frente de la sudadera, haciendo coincidir la orilla inferior del bolsillo con la orilla inferior de la sudadera.
Then I made the Kangaroo pocket, a little wider and higher than the one on the sweatshirt in the cast on, I basted it in the middle of the front of the sweatshirt, matching the bottom edge of the pocket to the bottom edge of the sweatshirt.
Una vez colocado el bolsillo, procedí a pegar los puños y la pretina del contorno de cintura.
Once the pocket was in place, I proceeded to glue the cuffs and waistband around the waist.
Finalmente, uní las dos partes de la capucha, le hice un ruedo de 2cm de ancho y luego la cosí por todo el contorno del cuello, marcando el centro de la parte trasera del cuello, para que la abertura del frente quede en el centro y sea más exacta la costura.
Finally, I joined the two parts of the hood, made a 2 cm wide hem and then sewed it all the way around the neck, marking the center of the back of the neck, so that the opening in the front is in the center and the seam is more accurate.
Así de ésta manera podrás hacer una sudadera igual a ésta, para protegerte del frío y estar super comidos, ya que la tela es muy suave. Espero les haya gustado el resultado. Muchas bendiciones apreciada colmena.
