Tengo pendiente probar una galleta estilo "New york" desde que las conocí por ahí por redes sociales y, como sé que tengo pocos días al mes donde estoy libre de que el chocolate y el gluten me produzcan daño, me fui con mi mamá y papá a probar unas parecidas con un café en uno de esos momentos.
Para mis papás pedí unas galletas de avena que eran integrales, sin azúcar, ya que ambos son diabéticos (igual no querían porque acababan de comer) ellos solo me acompañaban en el centro comercial mientras mandaba a bordar una bata y comprábamos unos medicamentos en la farmacia que queda en el mismo lugar.
Volviendo a la galleta, que es la razón del post, estaban buenas, aunque hubiera preferido que estuviera más blandita por dentro, siempre echo broma con que me gustan las galletas medio crudas por eso, porque me gusta que la masa esté un poco más blanda en el centro, sean gorditas y no estén tan crujientes, exactamente como las "New York"
De todas formas, el chocolate de la Nutella estaba ¡súper! y tenía la cantidad suficiente para que el sabor no estuviera, ni muy empalagoso, ni que le faltara. Después de probarlas no puedo sino darles un 8/10, pregunto ¿Con chocolate algo puede tener una puntuación menor?
Por supuesto, no he probado las verdaderas "New York", tal vez esa puntuación cambie si consigo unas reales, mi próximo plan es darme a la tarea de buscar otros lugares para conseguirlas, si alguien sabe de algún lugar en la isla donde se consigan ¡por favor! déjenmelo saber en los comentarios.
Y luego tenemos los cafés, ¡Que buenos estaban los cafés! ¡Se los juro! con mucha espuma y marrones como me gustan, a estos si les doy 10/10, el lugar está en el Centro Comercial Eco Center en la Isla de Margarita, se llama: "Tutto Dolce".
Estaba muy lleno el día que fui, por una competencia que estaban haciendo en unos locales cercanos y me dio muchísima pena tomarle fotografías al local porque había mucha gente, sin embargo, les adjunto la dirección en Insta, por si quieren pasar a ver la dirección exacta y las otras delicias de postres que tienen disponibles, ¡ah! Y los platos salados que tambien venden.
Espero estén teniendo una bonita semana y se tomen un tiempito para comer unas ricas galletas con bastante café, como yo 💖.

I have been pending to try a "New York" style cookie since I heard about them on social networks and, since I know that I have few days a month where I am free from chocolate and gluten, I went with my mom and dad to try some similar ones with a coffee in one of those moments.
For my parents I ordered some oatmeal cookies that were whole wheat, sugar free, since they are both diabetic (they didn't want them anyway because they had just eaten) they only accompanied me in the mall while I had a robe embroidered and we bought some medicines at the pharmacy that is in the same place.
Back to the cookie, which is the reason for the post, they were good, although I would have preferred them to be softer inside, I always joke that I like the cookies half raw for that reason, because I like the dough to be a little softer in the center, to be chubby and not so crunchy, exactly like the "New York" ones.
Anyway, the chocolate in the Nutella was super! and there was just enough of it so that the flavor was neither too cloying nor lacking. After tasting them I can't but give them an 8/10, I wonder if with chocolate something can have a lower score?
Of course, I haven't tried the real "New York" ones, maybe that score will change if I get some real ones, my next plan is to look for other places to get them, if anyone knows of any place on the island where you can get them, please let me know in the comments.
And then we have the coffees, how good were the coffees! I swear! with lots of foam and brown as I like, I give them 10/10, the place is in the Eco Center Mall in Margarita Island, it's called: "Tutto Dolce".
It was very crowded the day I went, because of a competition they were doing in some nearby stores and I was very embarrassed to take pictures of the place because there were many people, however, I attach the address on Insta, if you want to go to see the exact address and the other delicious desserts they have available, ah! And the savory dishes they also sell.
