A few weeks ago, I finally got the chance to buy a yoga mat to keep on the trend of exercise. Since I didn't know what to get, I got an advice from my favorite Yogi, friend and instructor, @madefrance. Her suggestion sent me in the way of this Eco-friendly mat that's been in use for some days now.
It came with its instructions for cleaning as it isn't the kind of thing you can throw in your wash machine. I didn't know you could do that with some mats. It came in hand for keeping up with Yoga and mobility exercises. Practicing this with your knees of ceramic is a pain. The extra cushion helps a lot to keep on deep positions.
Hopefully, this one removed the annoyance of knee pain after any practice session. Now, let's see if it helps build again the habit of daily exercise. Only time will tell.

Hace unas semanas, por fin adquirí un mat de yoga para continuar con la ruta del fitness. Como no sabía cuál comprar, le pedí consejo a mi amiga e instructora de yoga favorita, @madefrance. Su sugerencia me llevó a este mat Eco-friendly que ya he usado por varios días.
Vino con instrucciones para limpiarlo. No sabía que algunos mats se pueden meter en la lavadora. Este no es uno de esos, por cierto. Ha sido muy útil para mantenerme en las prácticas de yoga y movilidad. Eso de practicar con las rodillas sobre el suelo era un problema. El suelo es de cerámica. Así que tener algo para amortiguar el impacto facilita mantenerse en posturas más profundas.
Con suerte, remover el dolor de las rodillas será la clave para mantenerse más tiempo practicando. Ahora queda rehacer el hábito del ejercicio. Aunque solo el tiempo dirá si está estrategia funciona.
