Another doubleheader for me today with an hour long Warrior yoga session followed by a 3 mile run/walk.
I’ll be headed on vacation for a couple of weeks and I just want to express how grateful I am for all the support on these posts. Not only did I hit my goals for weight and fitness before the trip, but I feel fantastic right now having gotten my nutrition in a much better place and looking forward to continuing the activity while I’m traveling.
