The dreamed lighthouse - watercolors on paper

Hello everyone dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I'm back to share the subject I love most, the seascape. I wanted to depict a dream I had last night in which a lighthouse with red oblique stripes emerged from the colorful waves. The scene was in daytime so the lighthouse did not have the function of illuminating the sea, but the light was as if from below, on the horizon. It was a positive dream in which the colors of the sky and the waves chased each other.

So I took the colors and without drawing I began to depict my dream which gradually entered into the shapes and colors of the landscape.

Il faro sognato - acquarelli su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi torno a condividere il soggetto che amo di più, il paesaggio marino. Ho voluto raffigurare un sogno che ho fatto la notte scorsa in cui dalle onde colorate emergeva un faro a striscie oblique rosse. La scena era di giorno per cui il faro non aveva la funzione di illuminare il mare, ma la luce era come se provenisse dal basso, sull'orizzonte. E' stato un sogno positivo in cui i colori del cielo e delle onde si rincorrevano a vicenda. Così ho preso i colori e senza disegnare ho iniziato a raffigurare il mio sogno che è entrato via via nelle forme e nei colori del paesaggio.
