The numbers of hours I spent on my screen is often directly proportional to each of day schedule.
At times my schedule may be too tight, which can as well affect my daily screen time.if the daily schedule is very crucial to me, my screen time is been reduced, but if the daily schedule is less of crucial matter, then most time is spent on my screen.
And apart from my daily schedule, one also need to understand the effects of screen time on ones personal health, especially to the eyes.
The eye is a Vita organ of the body, which vitally defined the vision one can receive then coordinated by the whole part of the body,for a functional unit of life

.Knowing how or when that I have had enough time on my screen, is usually when am feeling sleepy or hungry I began to start losing interest on my screen:
I will begin to loss attention to what am doing on the screen, then my interest on the screen begin to shift to others things, which has nothing doing with my screen.
When all these are happening I know that indeed enough time of mind has already been spent on my screen, so I just have to put off from screen for a while before returning back to my screen.
