A space for coffee is wonderful and I tell you that I am very pleased to publish for the first time in this community because I feel that coffee will always have things to say and to tell, from this drink derive very positive sensations to feel its aroma and flavor, in which it is perceived more alone but also very preferred in pleasant topics of conversation to make the moment something extraordinary.

So, to say that this drink is a good ally is a reality, it accompanies us in the mornings, afternoons and I have heard that even at night, in my case I prefer it before breakfast to activate me and start the day in the best way, without leaving aside that also in the afternoon is very special to combine it with a delicious snack.

These days, I prepared some vanilla and cocoa cupcakes and without exaggeration with a coffee with milk it was a delight, to feel it that way was the best.

Something that I love, is to enjoy coffee at home, more than any other place, especially in the mornings I usually stand by the window of my apartment, for having a very captivating view of the sea, that moment becomes my coffee moment, in which motivates me to order my ideas for the start of a new day, and believe me that instant achieves it in a great way.

Now I tell you that to have those moments of enjoyment with my coffee, it was necessary to find my favorite brand, which was not an easy task, I confess that I tried several of them finding not very pleasant characteristics such as a very bitter taste, a very dark color, or with a very simple aroma.

Until I finally tried this brand that until now I have not stopped buying, it has a very provocative aroma that invites you to taste its light flavor, hence its name that speaks for itself, it is El Buen Cafe, it has good roasting and other quality attributes that make it Premium, for my appreciation it stands out from other coffees.

To keep it longer in my storage container I buy the 200 grams presentation, it is the one that fits in the package, it is almost always available in almost all supermarkets. These days I had to buy, but there was no longer my favorite size, now I am using a small one of 100 grams, in the end the most important thing is that it is present on the shelves.

To be honest I prefer it not too strong, but rather of a light color, for this I have the indicated measure of coffee that I add to the water, leaving me as I wish a tone similar to amber, as shown in the image, feel its aroma and see that point in my coffee is an exquisite invitation to taste it, becoming one of my best moments in the day.

In short, if it is about good coffee, it happens that sometimes it does not matter so much the place or the place where you are tasting it, by itself this drink will stand out before your senses and there will be no space left to feel anything else.
