This is the menu that I made stir-fried lotus stems with fresh shrimp. This menu uses natural ingredients. I collected lotus stems from a pond that was still flooded, which caused lotus to grow all over the field. So I collected them to make stir-fried lotus stems with shrimp. Today's menu doesn't only include stir-fried lotus stems. We also have fried pop chicken, pop chicken, and spicy lady's finger salad. We have 3 dishes and another dish is chicken breast. But I didn't take a picture of the 3 dishes for my friends to see: stir-fried with fresh shrimp heads, pop chicken, and spicy lady's finger salad. Let's see what ingredients are needed for stir-fried lotus stems with fresh shrimp. 5 lotus stems, 300 grams of fresh shrimp, seasoning powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a little sugar. Let's see how to make it. Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces. Then boil the water, add vinegar or tamarind juice, and put the lotus root in to blanch. This method will prevent the lotus root from turning black because the lotus root is boiled until cooked, then remove the lotus root in cold water. When done, drain. Prepare a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant. Add the fresh shrimp that we have peeled. After washing, put the shrimp in and stir-fry until cooked, then add the lotus root that we have shocked in cold water, and drain. Stir-fry with the shrimp. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, seasoning powder, and sugar. Mix well. Taste and adjust the taste. If it is to your liking, stir-fry the lotus root and it is done.
