I took a few walks around the office today to break up the day. I stayed after work and got a short workout in. I did some elliptical to warm up then legs and core strength training. I ate a lot of foods high in sodium yesterday, so my weight was up a bit. I was more disciplined today, so hopefully I'll be back down. I'm mostly maintaining at this point. I would still like to see my weight slowly moving downward.
