A Heartfelt Letter To That Special Someone

When I was in the fourth grade of elementary school, I received some love letters from my admirers. Back then, I didn't know why they liked me. I am just a thin kid who dislikes studying and prefers to play with other kids, and her favorite subject is "recess.". When I am in the fifth and sixth grades of elementary school, I still have some admirers, of course. I remember the first time that I received a small letter that said, "I love you," with three simple chocolates worth 1 peso each. It was from my classmate. He is a transfer student from the other school. I admire that guy because he had the confidence to confess his feelings toward me; meanwhile, I don't have the confidence to write a love letter to someone I like. Well, I tried to write my feelings down, but I ended up writing them in my diary instead of giving them to him. Because the typhoon attacked our house, it's sad that I wasn't able to keep it.

Speaking of love letters, this is not counted as an entry for this writing contest, right? But I just wanted to share with you that the last time I received a letter was when I was 18 years old. It's a letter from my younger cousin.

And guess what? I kept this for almost 6 years. It said that I would open the letter on July 13, 2023. To be honest, I broke that promise because I was a bit late opening and reading the letter.

But when I read her letter, I was teary-eyed because I felt a sad emotion reading what she said. I couldn't understand it because it was written in English. Charought! It was for this reason that she wrote this seven years ago, and the content of her letter to me is something I can really feel.

In my opinion, we feel more emotional when the letter is written on paper and with effort. Am I right? Because it is always typed into a message on the phone, they will rely on an AI chat generator to send their messages to someone, and I find it not sincere to their feelings.

For example, Daniel Padilla's letter to Kathryn Bernardo after their confirmed break-up issue. 😂 (maritess side)

So, right now, I decided to write a handwritten letter to someone I have liked and loved since I joined HIVE. I never met him in person, and he is anonymous, but I feel in love. Should we really consider my feelings to be love? I believe the answer for mature people is no. I never met him, but I already liked him. Lol

I don't like to write it in English because I am afraid that he will correct my grammar when he reads this, and he will leave a 'F' marked above. Charought!

So here... finally! I'm already done writing a love letter for him.

To be honest, I don't know if I will continue to write a letter for him. Because I'm shy. It's my first time doing it for someone I like. My gosh! I didn't know that writing a love letter is a very difficult thing to do—to confess and write down your feelings for them.

Just look at how many pieces of paper I crumbled the other day. I forgot to take a picture of the other papers I wasted yesterday.

Ngayon na nakapag sulat ako ng Love letter kung love letter ngang tatawagin ito, base sa first experience ko ngayon na nagsulat ng liham para sakanya,

If you really like someone, it's hard to think of what you want to say to them. I have a lot of words to say to this someone I wrote a love letter for, but my brain is not working when it comes to him, so I ended up writing down some messy words and things that happened and what I felt this time after some days, weeks, and months of not talking to him.

Well, I don't know how to write a love letter, and it's my first time to write a love letter, so I'm sorry if my message and handwriting are not that good. I am not hoping that he will read this letter, but I hope that when he does, he will keep his reaction or feeling after reading it to himself because I am now afraid to know what he felt.

Uh, I am not also good at decorating. Unlike my younger cousin, she's good at making her handwritten letters look cute with just simple designs. I think it's okay because I don't plan on giving this letter to him; I will just keep it inside the book, and because I will keep it, I sprayed a little perfume. By the way, this is my favorite perfume scent.

Well, that is all I can say for my entry for the blog contest of @hiveph and I also want to invite ate @ruffatotmeee and @jane1289 to join this contest.
