For readers who are not familiar with the Czech language: Does Czech really come across to you in this manner? As a language that seems chaotic, filled with an overwhelming number of consonants?
It's true that to someone not acquainted with Czech, certain sentences might appear particularly foreign or unusual.

Je pravda, že některé české věty můžou pro cizince vypadat velmi exoticky:

Sometimes we can also recognize a language we do not know (for example, Estonian or Hungarian or Vietnamese) even visually, by looking. And sometimes it just can't be done. Native speakers may then find it amusing 😁.
Někdy můžeme poznat i jazyk, který neznáme (já třeba estonštinu nebo maďarštinu nebo vietnamštinu) i vizuálně, pohledem. A někdy se to prostě nedá. Rodilým mluvčím to pak může připadat zábavné 😁.
