Chicken noodles are one of the favorite foods that are very popular in my country, there are lots of different recipes for how to process these noodles, but the different methods and techniques have one goal to make chicken noodles that suit each of us. So this time I made chicken noodles that are very easy to prepare, of course, with my home-style recipe.
Well, why do I want to make chicken noodles today, because I want homemade chicken noodles to take to the beach, this recipe is quite a lot you will get approximately 4 servings with this much chicken. It all depends on the taste that you will prepare.
In making chicken noodles there are so many steps that need to be done including preparing the chicken first, this is a seasoning chicken that must be in the chicken noodle recipe, well then the soup or soup, and the last complementary ingredients in the form of noodles or vegetables that are boiled and then stirred. Here let me invite you to prepare the chicken first.
Chicken Seasoning Ingredients
100 grams of chicken bones (optional)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 bay leaves,
4 orange leaves,
1 lemongrass stem
3 cloves garlic
0.5 cm galangal,
2 candlenuts,
1 teaspoon peppercorns,
3 red chili peppers,
1 cm turmeric
Making Procedure
Puree the spices with a little water then prepare 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and stir-fry the pureed spices.
Enter the aromatic leaves that have been prepared, this is mandatory so that the aroma will be more delicious.Add a little water in the blender used in the spice blender then add it to the spices in the pan.
Next, add the minced chicken that has been marinated with 1 teaspoon of salt. Don't forget to add the chicken bones too, for the optional bones because I like to put them in.
Cook the chicken then season with palm sugar and salt, make sure add the salt is to your liking. Also add one tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, cook until the seasoning is absorbed,
Make sure it is dry and the water shrinks.
Chicken noodle seasoning is ready to serve, this seasoning chicken is the main thing that must be prepared, now if it's finished I will invite you to prepare the chicken noodle soup, I made a kind of soup by utilizing chicken broth. Very simple and easy, let's see the recipe below.
Chicken Noodle Soup Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
3 cloves of shallots
½ hazelnut
1 stalk of spring onion
1 celery stalk
½ tomato
Procedure For Making Chicken Noodle Soup
Boil the chicken bones until tender and release the broth
Cut a few pieces of celery here I deliberately cut a little big so that the aroma is more flavorful.
Now if the meat has begun to soften, add salt and let everything mendiidh evenly.
Next, mash the garlic shallots and candlenuts then add the mashed spices to the chicken noodles. Stir and cook again until boiling.
Chicken noodle soup is ready to be served, after the soup is cooked I need to prepare some other complementary ingredients such as noodles and mustard greens. Well chicken noodles themselves are synonymous with mustard greens, in my opinion without mustard greens this noodle doesn't taste right. Here I will also prepare other complementary ingredients so that I can serve my aya noodles in a bowl as soon as possible.

Now for the complementary ingredients I just boil as usual, first I boil the mustard greens until cooked. Next I boiled the noodles, well you should use packaged egg noodles or you can make your own.
Results and Serving Suggestions
After everything has been prepared, meaning that the noodles can be served, I prepare the noodles in a serving bowl and also the vegetables then I also add meatballs as a complementary ingredient. Then give the seasoned chicken that was cooked earlier, then give a splash of sauce in the bowl. Serve, you can add sauce and whatever you want when enjoying it, mix according to your taste.
Stir and enjoy, I love how the seasoned chicken gives a creamy texture in the serving bowl, the color turns yellow. The taste is very savory and sweet, especially the texture of the chicken meat is very soft and evenly cooked.
I am very happy to be able to prepare a complete chicken noodle bowl like this. Usually if you buy chicken noodles there will be more chicken oil, but I don't prepare it because I don't like the noodles to be too oily. Because this portion alone is very fitting on the tongue.
This is a time-consuming noodle preparation, hence you need patience in preparing it. However, I am happy with the results, my chicken noodles are very tasty and not inferior to those sold in chicken noodles out there. You should know that this is not the first time I have prepared chicken noodles for this many portions, I do it often.
In the afternoon I packed chicken noodles in a box for 2 servings, I will take it to the beach and bring the chicken noodles to enjoy with my friend there.
I served it on a serving platter that I requested from the owner of the cafe on the beach, trying to take pictures there. It was so nice to enjoy the beach breeze and young coconut with my special chicken noodles. And of course my friend really liked it, it's so nice to spend time here with homemade chicken noodles.
