Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad, en esta ocasión quisiera que recorrieran conmigo uno de los lugares más impresionantes y preciosos que pude visitar en mi viaje a Cienfuegos, una ciudad maravillosa, caracterizada por su fuerte conexión con el entorno natural donde uno de sus principales destinos turísticos es el Nicho.
La mayor parte de la provincia se encuentra en la Sierra del Escambray, no obstante solo puede visitarse este pequeño y hermoso sitio protegido. El Nicho es un territorio del Parque Natural Topes de Collantes, su nombre se debe a una cascada de aguas cristalinas existente en el río Hanabanilla. Para llegar hasta él viajamos en un camión por unas lomas enormes y se sentía el clima húmedo y frío debido a las altas montañas, en ocasiones dicen que hasta llueve.
Una vez llegamos, tuvimos que recorrer un hermoso sendero natural, donde se puede estar en contacto directo con la naturaleza y observar la flora y la fauna del lugar. Tuvimos la suerte de apreciar especies como el tocororo, además encontramos diversas piscinas naturales, en mi opinión la que más me gustó fue la poceta de los enamorados. Cuando crees que lo has visto todo llega la parte más bella que son las enormes cascadas donde el agua cae desde una altura aproximada de más de 30 metros y choca contra las rocas, es una experiencia única, ahí si disfrutamos del baño, el agua estaba helada. Y por último seguimos recorriendo el sendero, subiendo lomas y atravesando por puentes rústicos con barandas improvisadas para llegar al mirador y contemplar una espectacular vista del lugar.
Mi experiencia casi no la puedo explicar con palabras, de veras recomiendo a todo el que visite mi Cuba que no deje de pasar por este paseo natural que hace que disfrutes de una experiencia única que quedará guardada siempre en tu memoria. Gracias por visitar mi blog.
Hello friends of this beautiful community, on this occasion I would like you to visit with me one of the most impressive and beautiful places that I was able to visit on my trip to Cienfuegos, a wonderful city, characterized by its strong connection with the natural environment where one of its main destinations tourist is the Nicho.
Most of the province is located in the Sierra del Escambray, however only this small and beautiful protected site can be visited. The Nicho is a territory of the Topes de Collantes Natural Park, its name is due to a waterfall of crystal clear waters existing in the Hanabanilla River. To get to it we traveled in a truck over enormous hills and the weather was humid and cold due to the high mountains, sometimes they say it even rained.
Once we arrived, we had to walk a beautiful natural trail, where you can be in direct contact with nature and observe the flora and fauna of the place. We were lucky enough to see species such as the tocororo, and we also found various natural pools, in my opinion the one I liked the most was the lovers' pool. When you think you have seen everything, the most beautiful part comes, which are the enormous waterfalls where the water falls from an approximate height of more than 30 meters and hits the rocks, it is a unique experience, there if we enjoy the bath, the water was frost. And finally we continue along the path, climbing hills and crossing rustic bridges with improvised railings to reach the viewpoint and contemplate a spectacular view of the place.
