Cuando tenemos hijos en definitiva la meta es verlos felices siempre y disfrutar, una de mis metas es esa que tengan esa sonrisa hermosa en su rostro para esto también nosotros los padres debemos ser felices pues somos su ejemplo a seguir y crecer en un entorno positivo los hará sentirse seguro de si mismo , por supuesto no todos los días estaremos felices existen otras emociones y son válidas sentirlas y demostrarlas ejemplo estar disgustados o enfadarnos pero es necesario saber cómo afrontar está emoción y saber gestionarla para que así nuestros pequeños sigan nuestro ejemplo ya que es sumamente importante que ellos aprendan a expresar lo que sienten y poder aprender sobre sus emociones y sentimientos .
When we have children ultimately the goal is to see them always happy and enjoy, one of my goals is that they have that beautiful smile on their face for this also we parents should be happy because we are their role model and growing up in a positive environment will make them feel confident, of course not every day we will be happy there are other emotions and are valid to feel and show them such as being upset or angry but it is necessary to know how to deal with this emotion and know how to manage it so that our children follow our example as it is extremely important that they learn to express what they feel and to learn about their emotions and feelings.
Tener hábitos saludable es importante para nuestros pequeños como el comer frutas , veo muchas mamás que me dicen que sus pequeños no comen frutas que no les gustan , hace semanas invitamos a un amigo a salir pues ellos querían invitarlo a salir a mcdonald's y compartir juntos así que pedimos permiso a su mamá y pudieron compartir juntos y divertirse un rato , en definitiva la felicidad de nuestros pequeños dependen de nosotros para crearles entornos seguros y llenos de amor y cariño para que ellos puedan crecer felices llenos de entusiasmo , con confianza en si mismo y se conviertan en adultos .
Having healthy habits is important for our little ones like eating fruits , I see many moms who tell me that their little ones do not eat fruits that they do not like , weeks ago we invited a friend to go out because they wanted to invite him out to McDonald's and share together so we asked permission to his mom and they could share together and have fun for a while , ultimately the happiness of our little ones depend on us to create huge safe and full of love and affection so they can grow up happy full of enthusiasm , with self-confidence and become adults .
Nuestros pequeños necesitan de nosotros pues somos los que ayudaremos que crezcan felices para esto hay que demostrarle amor cultivar ese corazón y regarlo todos los días para esto se necesita darles abrazos que les transmita cariño, seguridad ya que esto los ayuda a reducir el estrés y promover un bienestar para ellos , se sienten amados y comprendidos pues a quien no les gusta que les den un buen abrazo 🫂 lleno de amor ❤️ especialmente cuando nos sentimos en tristeza o enfado , me gusta jugar con mis pequeños un juego llamado el minuto de abrazos donde les digo cierren los ojos y dense un abrazo sincero de corazón esto también lo hago cuando se pelean de manera que se disculpen se corazón por lo sucedido y bueno varias veces al día realizó esto jajajajja porque estamos en la etapa de peleas por todo, con este juego fortalecemos la conexión entre padres y hermanos,muchas veces ellos solitos me dicen mami juguemos al abrazo y me abrazan y no se imaginan lo bien que se siente ese gran abrazo es como vitamina para mí.
Our little ones need us because we are the ones who will help them grow up happy for this we must show them love cultivate that heart and water it every day for this you need to give them hugs that transmits affection, security as this helps them reduce stress and promote well-being for them, they feel loved and understood because who does not like to be given a good hug 🫂 full of love ❤️ especially when we feel sad or angry, I like to play with my little ones a game called the minute of hugs where I tell them close your eyes and give each other a sincere hug from the heart this I also do when they fight so that they apologize to each other heart for what happened and well several times a day did this hahahahahahaha because we are in the stage of fights for everything, with this game we strengthen the connection between parents and siblings,many times they alone tell me mommy let's play hug and hug me and you can not imagine how good it feels that big hug is like vitamin for me.
Para que ellos aprendan sobre sus emociones recomiendo mucho ver la película intensamente mis pequeños aman verla y siempre que podemos la vemos una y otra vez es una película que ayuda mucho a entender las emociones y que son importantes cada una de ellas y después de ver la película hay que hablarles de esas emociones que vimos allí ejemplo les digo viste como hizo la niña cuando estaba enojada .

For them to learn about their emotions I highly recommend watching the movie intensely my little ones love watching it and whenever we can we watch it again and again it is a movie that helps a lot to understand the emotions and that each of them are important and after watching the movie you have to talk to them about those emotions that we saw there example I tell them you saw how the little girl did when she was angry.
