This group really inspired me ,from the post of others and seeing people showcasing their great talent, is really amazing. May God continue to shower us with more talent to showcase on this community.
Today am here to share with you on how to make this beautiful mini - mart,i made for my baby boy.
I was a little bore at home ,looking for what to do for my baby boy to make him happy, then I run to my YouTube to see if I can see something, a thought came throw me, and I remember this mart, which during my secondary school days,it was one of the things we did in our fine art class, and my boy like laying down on the floor, so i decided to make this mini-mart for him ,to avoid him laying down on the floor again.
Though I didn't forget the method, but I still needed to watch the steps again on my YouTube.
Is really stressful to go through all the process Sha, bought I said to myself ,I can do it.
I rush to a nearby shop to get my materials needed for the mini-mart .
Materials,
2 cardboard (orange and pink)
Scissors,
Ruler,
Pencil.
Step 1
I took one of my cardboard, with my ruler I measured 1cm each ,using my pencil to mark the lines, from the edge of the cardboard till the end, and also measured the up side,same 1cm each,so that I can draw a straight line from both end.
Step 2
Still with that same cardboard ,I drew my line from down to up following my measurements.
Step 3
I begin to make a cut with my scissors, following the line I drew.
After cutting .
With my second cardboard (yellow color)
Step 1
I measured 3cm out from the down part and make a straight line.
Step2
From where my line stop, I start measuring 1cm each, making a mark with my pencil,from the edge to the end,I also measured 1cm each from the up side.so to help me make a straight line.
Step 3
I draw my straight line, following my measurements.
Step 4
I start making a cut with my scissors, I stop from where I measured my 3cm.
Matting process
First step
With my pink cardboard, I start matting by going throw the first row,pass under the second row,then go throw third row,I continue with the process till the end.
Second step,
I skip the first row, pass under the second row,skip the third row pass under the fourth row,I continue till I got to the end.
Third step
I go through the first row,pass under the second row and go throw the third row , I continue till the end.
I continue the process till I got the end of my cutting,
I cut the edges out.
This what I got,
My son is looking so happy and having fun on his mart. You can see the happiness in him.
