Hello foodies community welcome to another episode of cook with me.
Today I will be showing you how i cook my Afang soup.
INGREDIENTS
1: Afang(ugazi)
2: water leaf
3: goat meat
4: dry fish
5: cow skin(Canda)
6: stock fish
7: smoked fish
8: periwinkle
9: goat meat spices
10:star Maggi
11: all purpose spices
12: red oil
13: onions
This my smoked fish, cow skin, stock fish and periwinkle

My water leaf
STEPS
First you wash your cow skin
Cut into pieces of your choice
Wash with clean water
Wash your goat meat
Wash your stock fish
Get a clean pot go in with your Stocks
My fresh pepper, goat meat spice, all purpose spice.
Wash the fresh Pepper
There was no light to use blender so I had to use the alternative
After pounding the pepper it should look like this
Go in with the spices, fresh pepper, little pinch of salt, and 3 cubes of star Maggi
Place the pot on fire and allow to boil for 5 minutes
Wash you periwinkle(wash 5times)
Clean your fish
Wash the fish with clean water and keep aside
This me slicing my water leaf
Wash the water leaf with clean water
Check the stock
Get your onions and slice to pieces
Add the onions
Check if everything has boiled together
Then get your periwinkle
Go in with your periwinkle and leave it for 3 minutes
Now everything is well cooked
Add the water leaf
Cover the pot and allow the water leaf bring out water, allow it boil for 2 minutes
You add your red oil and allow to boil together for 4 minutes
Add the Afang, sorry I didn’t get to show you how the leaf looks.
Turn together to give a good taste
Add your smoked fish
Add crayfish turn to mix together and cover the pot, leave for 5 minutes
Your soup is ready
