When we work, we have to have a presence that says Hey! that person is from such and such an institution. And so, as I've seen that many #Hivers have their IDs, well it's nice that we distinguish ourselves by an outfit or look that represents where we work or what we do.

I really liked this flannel because it is fashionable, cool, comfortable and fits very well to the body.

I liked the combination of colours: the white as a base is very nice and different because I've seen them in black and it's like suffocating for these temperatures in the area ☀️. The combination of light and dark blues did very well and the purple with lilac, it was all very nice. My flannel was a size M and it was one size bigger than I often wear, but that's ok, because I think I have a few centimetres too much that I can hide 😊.

The INCES lettering I think looks really nice but I feel like it's not very noticeable because the colours dull it down. The letters on the back that are the social networks I think they could also be done on the top because if I put the flannel inside the trousers, they won't be appreciated.

The last point that I see negative is that as I give training to companies, we need a more formal uniform and these are more like the day to day, so I think they should have thought about that aspect, but I do not take away the merit that identifying us is a positive action and I hope they continue to do this type of event to give us other types of uniforms adapted to all staff💯.

Cuando trabajamos, tenemos que tener una presencia que diga ¡Oye! esa persona es de tal institución. Y así, como he visto que muchos #Hivers tienen sus identificaciones, bueno es bonito que distingamos por un atuendo o look que represente donde trabajamos o que hacemos.

Esta franela me gustó mucho porque esta de moda ya que son frescas, cómodas y se ajustan muy bien al cuerpo.

Me gustó la combinación de colores: el blanco como base es muy bonito y distinto porque las he visto de negro y es como asfixiante para estas temperaturas de la zona ☀️. La combinación de azules claros y oscuros lo hicieron muy bien y el morado con lila, todo estuvo muy bien. Mi franela fue talla M y me quedó una talla más grande de la que frecuentemente uso, pero esta bien, porque creo que tengo unos centimetros demás que puedo disimular 😊.

Las letras INCES creo que quedaron muy bonitas pero siento que no se aprecian mucho porque los colores la opacan. Las letras en la parte de atrás que son las redes sociales creo que también se pudieron hacer en la parte de arriba porque si coloco la franela por dentro del pantalón, no se apreciarán.

El último punto que le veo negativo es que como yo doy formaciones a empresas, necesitamos un uniforme mas formal y estas son mas como el día a día, entonces creo que debieron pensar en ese aspecto, pero no le quito el mérito que identificarnos es una acción positiva y espero que sigan haciendo este tipo de jornadas para darnos otro tipo de uniformes adaptados a todo el personal💯.
