    Mango Jam

Actually, this jam was inspired by a recipe on the internet a few days ago, and anyway, the inspiration came when I saw so many mangoes in the fridge. I usually make pineapple jam at home, but mango jam was the first thing I did. I was hesitant at first, but believe me this is the best jam result in my opinion, without coloring, and preservatives and even food fragrances. Pure natural ingredients of mango and sugar, to enhance the aroma I added spices such as cinnamon, star anise and cloves. I don't know why these spices are the right choice when making delicious jam.

The influence of a beautifully colored, sweet and creamy jam is in the mangoes you choose. Here I chose a fibrous mango with a fiery orange color. And most importantly the taste of mangoes is naturally sweet, even when you taste it is very sweet perfect. Now the selection of the type of mango is the main thing in making jam, in addition to the above, it is more appropriate to use overripe mangoes that also give your jam the perfect thickness. Here I will invite you to make mango jam for the first time with me. Let's see below!

I was so happy to be able to make mango jam for the first time with very good results, just like the non-vegan crabapple jam I usually make, this jam can replace it one hundred percent. Even my mother was surprised by the color and texture of this jam, sweet, creamy and most importantly the aroma of spices and mango is very distinctive when the jam is cooked. I'm really happy to be able to make mango jam with satisfying results.

While this one turned out perfectly the first time, I highly recommend making it at home. Well the main thing is that it preserves the mangoes if you have a lot at home so that you can store them in a sealed container for a longer time.
